Have working version

..
Program crashes. Reports 'This error occured on 11/27/2014. The resolution state in the latest version is unknowingly", whatever that means!.

Then shows error report which only allows 'don't send''

1, "The resolution state in the latest version is unknowingly" means that is a unknown error not a known error.
2, Only allows 'don't send' means the internet is not connected, the software can't send the error report.
